We had the session at their house, which is on a lake, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather was perfect, the view was perfect and their kids are…you guessed it! Seriously, could they all be any cuter?? I love this family!

Baby Zoe didn’t mind getting her picture taken. She didn’t mind the hat, she didn’t mind sitting with her cousins for a few pics and she didn’t mind being put in different spots. But, when it came time for the basket, (requested by her mom!) she decided picture taking time was over! With some patience and a little pursuading with a bottle she came around. Thanks for asking me to capture Zoe at this special time in her life!

As soon as I arrived at his house Chase was studying me, and my camera. He had such a serious look on his face trying to figure out who I was and what I was up to. If only he could talk, I would have loved to hear what he had to say! But within a short while he was smiling it up and having a great time with his mom and dad.
This is the biggest, happiest smile – and it makes me smile too!

Sweet little Ayla just turned 3 months old. I’m so lucky because I get to document her first year! Since her newborn session, she’s learned how to do a couple things REALLY well….

wicked cute!
It’s so nice to get meet the babies once they arrive after I have a pregnancy session. It was a real treat when I met Gabriella and her parents at the Barn’s at Wesleyan Hills for her newborn pics. She weighed around a mere 6lbs and was cute as a button! She was feeling a bit camera shy that morning but that didn’t bother me. She’s cute no matter what!
