Patience is a virtue….

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of shooting an extended family session at Hammonasset Beach. This family contacted me last fall for some beach pics and between coordinating family schedules and the weather not cooperating, we got pushed to this spring. On the way down to Hammonasset, rain drops were hitting the windshield and Shaun and I began preparing for the worst. Once we arrived, it was windy and cold but NOT raining!
I can’t even express how wonderful this family was!! It can be very difficult trying to organize 15 people even on a beautiful day, let alone one that is 50 degrees and windy!! They made my job easy. They were so great to work with and to top it off, extremely photogenic! We shot lots of combination’s of the group…the grandkids, each family, the boys, the girls, grandparents with the grandkids, etc.,etc. And we got some GREAT images. I can’t wait to get this slideshow up!! (check back for it in a later post) Thanks again for such a great session and here is a preview for you to enjoy.

Christine - Jenn – thank you for a great session. Everyone commented how smooth everything went and the pictures, well, it is just amazing that you captured the essence of our family. Best of all, my mom finally got her wish of our extended family photo…it may have taken a while to get there, but it was so worth it ! Thanks again to you and Shaun for making this wish come true.
