Cool Donations

While doing my monotonous grocery shopping the other day I came across a few GREAT ways to donate to the Komen Foundation. One is through Quilted Northern Toilet Paper. Once you buy the toilet paper, you look inside and there is a secret code you enter online at www.quiltednorthern.com/donation.html The code is a bit hard to read but for each one you enter they will donate $.50 to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. That is soo great! Not only that, but then I bought Sun Chips (I’m addicted to the Harvest Cheddar!) and they’re doing it too! Every specially marked pink ribbon bag you buy they will donate $.25 to Komen. You can go to komen.sunchips.com to enter your upc code. Plus – I buy Yoplait yogurt and they’re doing the pink lids again! I just love all the donating and it’s soo easy. It’s stuff I buy all the time and I feel great that I’m giving back. It only takes a few minutes at the computer to do it. Just thought I’d share….once you get to know me you’ll be hearing more about my personal Race for the Cure!

Amy's Pregnancy Portraits

I just loved working with Amy!! We had perfect shooting weather – minus the wind that kept knocking over my light stand! And that yard….I may have to pay them to let me shoot there on a regular basis! She’s a great model. There are so many good images in this shoot I had a hard time picking a few to post. I will be shooting Amy’s Birth Experience sometime in November (or sooner?) I’m anxiously waiting for baby boy? or girl? to arrive! Enjoy the preview Amy….
